Wolf Apex (Pvt.) Ltd. is a sportswear and apparel manufacturing company based in Sialkot, Pakistan, providing custom manufacturing, OEM, private-label, and related apparel production services to customers and businesses.

Our products may include custom sportswear, teamwear, fitness wear, casual wear, activewear, uniforms, and other apparel manufactured according to customer requirements.

2. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

4. Custom Manufacturing

Many of our products are manufactured according to individual customer specifications.

Customers may provide requirements relating to:

  • Embroidery;
  • Labels;
  • Packaging;
  • Quantities; and
  • Other manufacturing specifications.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final specifications before production begins.

Once production has commenced, changes to an order may not be possible or may result in additional costs and production delays.

5. Quotations and Pricing

Prices provided by Wolf Apex (Pvt.) Ltd. may depend on factors including:

  • Product type;
  • Quantity;
  • Fabric and material selection;
  • Customization requirements;
  • Printing and embroidery;
  • Packaging;
  • Shipping method;
  • Destination;
  • Order complexity; and
  • Other production requirements.

A quotation is not considered a confirmed order until the applicable terms have been accepted and any required payment or deposit has been received.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, quotations may be subject to change before order confirmation.

6. Order Confirmation

An order becomes confirmed when the customer has accepted the agreed specifications, pricing, quantity, and terms and has completed any required initial payment.

Before production, customers may be required to approve:

  • Artwork;
  • Samples;
  • Size specifications;
  • Color references;
  • Product details; and
  • Other relevant production information.

Once final approval has been provided, production may begin.

7. Samples and Approvals

Samples may be produced upon request before bulk production.

Sample charges, development charges, and shipping costs may apply.

Customers should carefully inspect and approve samples before bulk production. Once a sample or production specification has been approved, Wolf Apex (Pvt.) Ltd. will manufacture the bulk order according to the approved specifications.

Minor variations that naturally occur during fabric production, dyeing, printing, embroidery, cutting, or stitching may occur and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for production.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Correct artwork;
  • Correct logos;
  • Correct measurements;
  • Correct size charts;
  • Correct colors;
  • Correct quantities;
  • Correct labels;
  • Correct shipping information; and
  • Any other information required to manufacture the order.

Wolf Apex (Pvt.) Ltd. is not responsible for errors resulting from information that has been incorrectly supplied or approved by the customer.

9. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon between Wolf Apex (Pvt.) Ltd. and the customer before production begins.

Depending on the order, payment may include:

  • Advance payment or deposit;
  • Sample payment;
  • Production payment;
  • Balance payment before shipment; or
  • Other mutually agreed payment arrangements.

Production may not begin until the required payment has been received.

Any applicable bank charges, payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, or transfer fees may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

10. Production Time

Production timelines depend on the nature and quantity of the order, availability of materials, sample approvals, customization requirements, and other manufacturing factors.

Any estimated production or delivery timeframe provided by Wolf Apex (Pvt.) Ltd. is an estimate unless a specific delivery commitment has been agreed upon in writing.

Delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including material availability, transportation issues, customs procedures, natural events, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping arrangements will be agreed upon with the customer before dispatch.

Depending on the order, products may be shipped through international courier services, freight services, air freight, sea freight, or other suitable transportation methods.

The customer may be responsible for:

  • Shipping charges;
  • Import duties;
  • Customs charges;
  • Taxes;
  • Clearance fees; and
  • Other destination-country charges.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, and carrier.

12. International Orders

Customers purchasing products from outside Pakistan are responsible for understanding and complying with the import laws and requirements of their destination country.

Wolf Apex (Pvt.) Ltd. is not responsible for delays, additional charges, restrictions, or customs issues resulting from the laws or requirements of the destination country.

13. Inspection and Quality Claims

We maintain quality-control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.

Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery.

If products contain a significant manufacturing defect or materially differ from the approved specifications because of an error attributable to Wolf Apex (Pvt.) Ltd., the customer should contact us as soon as possible with supporting information, photographs, or videos.

Any approved remedy will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

14. Refunds and Returns

Custom-manufactured products are generally not eligible for return simply because a customer changes their mind or no longer requires the products.

Refunds, replacements, or credits may be considered where products are defective, materially incorrect, or otherwise fail to meet the agreed specifications due to an error attributable to Wolf Apex (Pvt.) Ltd.

15. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of intellectual property that they provide to Wolf Apex (Pvt.) Ltd., including their trademarks, logos, artwork, and designs, subject to their existing ownership rights.

By providing such materials to us for manufacturing purposes, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use and reproduce them.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their designs, logos, artwork, trademarks, and other supplied materials do not infringe the intellectual property rights of another party.

Wolf Apex (Pvt.) Ltd. retains ownership of its own trademarks, website content, photographs, graphics, manufacturing materials, proprietary designs, and other intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Product Images and Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Wolf Apex (Pvt.) Ltd. may request permission to use photographs or videos of manufactured products for its portfolio, website, social media, catalogues, or marketing materials.

Where a customer requires their products or branding to remain confidential, they should inform us before production or provide written confidentiality requirements.

We will respect agreed confidentiality arrangements.

17. Confidentiality

Where confidential information is exchanged between Wolf Apex (Pvt.) Ltd. and a customer, both parties should take reasonable measures to protect such information from unauthorized disclosure.

Confidential information may include:

  • Unreleased designs;
  • Technical specifications;
  • Pricing arrangements;
  • Business information;
  • Product development information; and
  • Other information specifically identified as confidential.

Confidentiality obligations may be further defined through a separate written agreement where required.
